Job Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license. Be able to pass drug/ alcohol screening and background check. Experience with transports, and working with elderly a plus. Applicants should be able to lift 100 lbs. EMT training or caregiving experience is highly desired. All applicants will need to complete the following:

2. Resume
​3. Copy of 7 year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
4. Include any certifications: CPR: PASS: First Aid
5. Passing of Background and Drug Test
